Whether personal demonstrations in my kitchen, or corporate team buildings, or for food events, I love demonstrating my art to an audience. I even won best presenter at the Good Food and Wine show to the chagrin of all the highly paid overseas celebrity chefs brought in.

I have started doing personalised cooking demonstrations in our kitchen and I am humbled by how well these cooking demonstrations have been received. Thank you all so much, for all your support, and I am so appreciative of all the regulars that have created a small foodie community and found likeminded friends who share a passion for food. These demonstrations in my kitchen in Umhlanga, are once a month, but we recommend you book fast as the seats are limited.

With lots of new friendships being forged and loads of good old belly laughs!... and some people learnt to cook and everyone left a bit heavier then when they started, but most importantly, we shared love, in the form of laughs, phone numbers, food, messaged pictures to each other of the food we had cooked at home and became a little foodie community.
