What is the smallest you will cater for?
We will cater for one person if required. We don’t have a minimum amount of guests.
Is there a delivery fee?
Depending on the size of the function and its proximity to Umhlanga.
Can you provide kosher or halaal food?
Our kitchen is neither kosher nor halaal, but we can source the food to be, but we have strict suppliers that we co-ordinate with to match menus, who supply us with certified catering.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Definitely, we appreciate the challenge.
Can you provide an interactive chef experience?
Yes, with demonstrations, sushi chefs, cooking stations and even liquid nitrogen ice cream.
What do you charge?
Price is dependent on the size and requirements of the function. We also know that food is adaptable and can fit into people’s budgets without a drop in flavour and quality.
Do you cater outside of Durban?
Yes, we have catered in Botswana even, and have many venues we can source around the country.
Can you source a venue that would suit me?
Yes, we have many venues and unusual places that we can put you in contact with.
Do you need a kitchen or equipment?
We can create a kitchen anywhere.
Can you work to a budget?
Definitely. We pride ourselves in being able to do so.
Do you provide a bar service?
We can, and along with award winning cocktails and mocktails
Can I stipulate what type of service staff I require?
Yes.
Do you have a contract with me?
Yes, protecting both yourselves and ourselves
Are you insured against any issue that may arise?
Yes, provided the contract is signed
Are you certified with the health department, and can you provide documentation?
Yes.
