For years I have been asked to make products that people can buy to ease and aid their dinner parties. Having consulted with Unilever, Knorr and Robertsons Spices, creating new product lines for them, I thought, why not.
So I have created over a hundred items, ranging from cordials, chai mixes, savoury rubs, seasoned sugars, decadent biscotti’s and biscuits, rich panforte, tart marmalades, vinegar reductions, molecular caviar balls and spices,
available at all good speciality food stores in Durban and surrounds.
